Стажистом може бути співробітник:

Оплата суми нижче рівня мінімальної заробітної плати є порушенням закону. Якщо HMRC виявляє, що роботодавець не заплатив принаймні мінімальну заробітну плату, вони можуть надіслати повідомлення про заборгованість і виписати штраф.
